Hi I'm having a problem regarding the Trasposition from .map to .bmp ... with Dragon11 the color table appears to be messed up, when i convert from map many colors on bitmap are messed... so when i convert back to .map i got a very different map ![]() Any hint will be welcome ![]() ![]() |

Can you be a little more specific? If you have trouble with English, maybe throw in a few screenshots so we know exactly what you mean and/or post in your native language and possibly someone here speaks it as well (we're a pretty diverse community). |

italian version: Ho scaricato il Dragon 11 che contiene la possibilit? di trasformare il MAP0.mul in .BMP e viceversa....ma la tavolozza colori e' completamente sbagliata....l'acqua e' verde, la jungla arancione, la pianura nera etc etc. il problema e' che quando la ripasso da BMP a MAP0.MUL interpreta i colori in maniera totalmente diversa ottendendo un gra casino....oltre al fatto che mi sposta pure la mappa rispetto alla sua posizione originaria.,(nella mappa esistono gia citta e statici costruiti).... english version: "An Example: When i convert from map0.mul to .bmp , Dragon puts Water as green color , when i try to return to the .map file, Dragon reads green as DESERT!!! " |

OH! You are using the map2bitmap program and it isn't working right. You have to have a bitmap to overwrite that is using the proper colortable. You also need a special maptrans file for the map2bmp program. http://stormcrow.ryandor.com/m2bmp.zip It is important that you keep it in it's own directory. DO NOT put it in the Dragon directory. |

The requested URL /m2bmp.zip was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. ![]() please send for mail this file....thanks |

Arghhh...sorry... http://stormcrow.ryandor.com/ then look for the m2bmp.zip file It's actually an ftp site so it's bitchy with the browser. |
