I don't remember where I saw it, but some time in the past I found an image of a "bath house" that had "water" in it that a player character could actually walk down into. I was told it was a blood tile that had been colored "clear". But, what color is "clear"??

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If it was really clear ( 0.0.0 black hue ) you wouldn?t be able to see it. More likely it was just a blood tile colored a very pale blue. It might have even been a custom hue.

I wouldnt try coloring it the Etherial hue either. Sometimes that has very bad results on the server, depending on your EMU.

It is in fact a blood tile raised between 3 and 5 z.

the color our shard uses is; 93 or 1402 also 1461 maybe good places to start in my mind. also we tend to color benches and set them in there for seating :)

What about static water tiles over something walkable like grass or stone?

The problem is, you can't walk through water, I don't think.

Isn't that correct? Even if you set your char to be able to "swim"? Or no?

You can't walk through water maptiles. You can walk through water static tiles, provided the underlying maptile is walkable. For example the little ponds we make in the jungle you can walk through. Also I think OSI has some fords somewhere in one of the new maps (you'll have to go checking the rivers).

Ilshenar has a walkable water section between the Gwen shrine and the lich lord spawn. They simply used a dirt patch covered over by water.
