now i know i know about the tilematrix=false script, ive seen dian's post a 100 times about it hehe. But i use runuo 1.0, i made a script called startupsettings.cs and i put all the code in for the timematrix but it still shows remnents of the osi maps, i really dont want to change my diff files to blank ones, does anyone have any suggestions?

hm, somthings not right then, cause I use 1.0 as well, and the same old little snippet of code lingers along with my scripts, unchanged from like.. sheesh, beta 10 or somthing..

I did a search over at the RunUO forums and found this:

tilematrix = false doesn't seem to work with beta 36, just make 0 byte dif*.mul files for the server to read

That seems to be correct, as I also searched through my 1.0 scripts and found no reference to set tilematrix to false. Maybe they removed this option with beta 36.

Make sure that all of your users have either removed their diff files or replaced them with 0 byte or empty files, or else they will still see the items in the diff files (i.e., Haven) even though your server doesn't.

why not put the empty dif files into a rar file and use it as a patch for uogateway.. wont egxactly be a huge download :) , and then uo would still have your original files so you can play on original uo and also play on your server without the difs.. hope tha wasnt to confusing :)
