We had the same Problem once, only our Grassbumps turned to Marble...
Simply switch to Mod11, they work perfectly there (once more, Thanks to Crow)

Thanks, but mod11 have problems with terrains, like snow_to_water etc.

I haven?t had any Problems with Snow to Water/Water to Snow so far. I?d say Mod11 is much better than 9, but that?s only my personal Opinion.

This is strange, because i have problem with transition all terrains to water. Can you give me some tips? What can be wrong?

perhaps you used ocean and not water. the n/w coasts in mod 11 look that edgy, you can't do anything in dragon. you can just use wf to smooth them

Matonor, thanks for advice, perhaps you right. I will try it today.

Yes, this is ocean, you was right.

Matonor, can i ask you about colors for custom terrains? Where i can get it?

Thanks.

When was the last time you downloaded the newer scripts? I know I had the snow2water in a half-finished state for a while. It's been done for some time though.

One week later.

Stormcrow, problem with transition terrains to water already solve by Matonor, now i use water (not ocean). All with this is ok for now.

Question about swamp - it only altitude is 0. Why?

PS. I dont flay your work, i only seek answer to my question.

Because of the fact that swamp does not wrap, you cannot have an area of uneven swamps. It must be flat across it's entire area.

Also because swamp is....well it's swamp...it is low ground that has standing water. It doesn't make much sense to have high elevation swamp.

So in the end it was another of many choices made to cut things that weren't overly useful from the very limited selection of 256 colors.

I know about swamps with hight elevations in the world, but i dont wish argue about this question now.

About 256 colors - this is some kind of sarcasm? English is not my native language and, perhaps, i dont understand anything? When i ask about colors i mean that in dragon scripts number of colors have only 2 symbol, when in Photoshop it have 4 symbol.

i hope i understood what you meant to say.
256 colors = 8 bit. 8 bit means that every color is defined by it's position in the colortable, not by it's actual color.
the new dragon core has 24 bit, so the real color is what dragon checks

Well Darus hasn't gone public with that so I didn't want to bring it up yet.
It's still going to be a bitch to come up with all the shades of colors to make full use of it.

This is true, but in general.....
mainly it was a matter of making space for other things that I felt were more useful. Especially since the swamp terrain acts in many ways like a static tile. As Matonor said Darus has 24bit support now so we can add colors like mad. Will probably add some swamp elevations back in next time around.
