Post subject:  Color trouble with mod 11

Is there trouble with the palettes? I am running PhotoSop CS and have downloaded all the files from the link in this thread, I started to covert my Dragon 9+ map over and some is ok but my Dirt 6 and swamp are all messed up. My dirt 6 looks like swamp, my swamp looks like cave floor and my sand looks like sandstone????? I loaded the Dargon-mod11.aco palette and Im using the Mod11eng.png color table, Is this right or am I missing something? I have read all the threads and done some searching but no luck.

Also I just tried to make a new map and found when I load any palette,
*.pal, *.aco or *.act it turns my map a menilla color or off yellow if you will. Looks like I go back to 9+ for now :(

did you just save your map with the other palette? you have to change every color manually and then sae it with the right palette

yup, ok here is what I did :) I loaded up my map in photoshop CS /8.0
then I loaded up my *.png file then I loaded the Palette file. I then used the magic want to highlight the area(s) I needed to convert over to mod 11. Mind you each area(s) I highlighted I changed with the aproprite/coresponting color from the Mod 11 *.png table then I saved it (after checking to make sure I was still in the right pal/act/aco color palette. I have also noticed this, I get diffrent out comes sometimes. In others words 99% of the time it compiles right but... 1 or 2 % it wil compiles REALY oddly sand all the way up mountains massive lvl changes where the should be none. ;) like me, thats weird ;)
