 Post subject: Dragon Pallets

I am about to create my own map, will draw out etc first but i was wondering 2 things about dragon, they may have been covered before but i am not sure of the search topic.

1) Do the default dragon pallets work with MSpaint.
2) What is the difference if any between colourtable_eng-Mod9 and colourtable-Mod9. Which should i use or does it not make a difference

Sorry to post again but i was hoping to start tonight so maybe i will rephrase the question, what pallet did people use when you did your map?

The most common palette as to date, is Palette 9
