Just started making my first map, and was going to do a little test one jsut to see what problems im facing wiht before completing the final one. When i tryed to convert it to map0.mul it gave me the error messege:
The current map definition is 6144 x 4096
Allocating Memory (MAP)
Allocating Memory (BMP)
#Error: BMP Has wrong filesize
I know the only significant thing in that messege is the last line because the first 3 lines i have seen come with the error messeges in the past. I don't know where im going wrong in paintshop 7. I'm using hte map making tutorial by Ryandor, and it says open new in paintshop set the dementions to 6144 x 4096 pixels, resolution 72 pixels/inch and background white etc. but then when i convert i get the error messege so i tryed to figure out the wrong. i went into config on the dragon window and saw at the bottom it said format 768 x 512, so i went back to photochop made a new test map with the dementions of 768 x 512 pixels and filled with water made a quick island then tryed to convert it and same error messege again. Any suggestions? I am going to play around with a few more things but im pretty lost. Any help would be great!
