I downloaded a map .bmp file I liked from the darkshard site, and I want to replace my Trammel and Felucca map with it, i have no clue how i add it to replace my default maps. if someone could help me out, i have done web searches and found nothing on this. my icq is 6719368 and my email is admin@flowerbudd.com

are you not able to run it trough dragon, or does your emulator/uo not load the new map?

well i dont think its his emu(runuo) because runuo can run custom maps.
Well all he needs to do is run it through dragon and dragonsp, then let your players download the patches.

When i load the DragonSP, i select one of the Maps ( map0.mul etc) and for bmp i point to the bmp map i downloaded, and then say start and it says Error Parsing 00 Integer, or something like that. I cannot get either of the programs to load the bmp at all. I have also tried to just unfreeze my UO map, because even starting blank with no statics would work, but even after following the tutorial from runuo on how to unfreeze ( making a seperate dir, and changing my datapath.cs, i get the message that i cannot change them because it is all pointing to the same one.

first start dragon.exe and fill in the path to your .bmp and the path to your map0.mul (will be overwritten)

like that:

BMP FILE: c:\12345.bmp
FIX FILE:
MAP FILE: c:\map\map0.mul

klick start and wait untill the process is finished. close dragon and start dragonsp.exe

fill in the paths to staidx0.mul and statics0.mul like that:

staidx0.mul: c:\map\staidx0.mul
statics0.mul: c:\map\statics0.mul

klick all followed by a klick on start. wait a while. klick yes or ok or something and wait some seconds, untill it is finished. now close dragonsp and be happy about your map, or kick you computer around (could hurt your feet), repair it, zip or ace the .bmp and send it to me. If you got an error parsing integer 00.. there is somthing modified within the Dragon scripts. Typically in the Scripts/Items.txt or in the Scripts/Items/ (whatever modified file you edited).
That is saying that you have used an invalid Number.
If you recieved that Dragon pkg from someone else, try to download a fresh one and try again, with no modifications.

He said he wanted to make the map ilshenar or malas? Are you pointing Dragon at map2.mul or map3.mul? If so this will not work. Try using mapextractor... Do a search for it, I posted the link to it once. It's in the Whatever topics.

If you've got mod9+ from here then that would be your problem. Some of the scripts are messed up. I know for 1 thing in 1 of my new swamp translation tables Ry left too many blank lines at the bottom. You should only have 1 blank line. It is either rgrass2grass or rgrass2swamp or something involving those 3 terrains. There were a few other bugs but I don't remember them at the moment.
