Well I finally go the terrain features to work on my new map, but when I use it there are a few "leftovers" from the original UO map. Part of the area around the bank in Cove, The Minax Fortress, the Solen Hives, parts of what looks like one of the levels of Deceit, and some of the roads in Nujel'm. I've tried using the [unfreeze command to get rid of those areas but they just keep coming back. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

if you are using RunUO, with a couple simple lines of code you can completly disable the reading of these map/static diff files. Do a search for TileMatrixPatch, I have pasted the code several times.

Thanks Dian...I had already pulled those diff files out of the registry and everything worked out. I'm going to check out your post and see about that line of code.
