how do you get rid of the scarecrows that Dragon puts all over your new map LOL

Dragon doesn't put any statics in the map (scarecrow or otherwise). DragonSP places statics, but there's no scarecrow placements in any of the scripts. This is most likely left over from old statics that you may be using.
Otherwise, you've got something really wrong with something.

hummm well i ran Multool to wipe the statics and then i used [clearfacet
(runuo command) and had nothing left till i run dragon and dragonsp
and on certain terrain like snow i get alot of scarecrows one about every 100 tiles or so

Your in Felucca, I would presume. When the Felucca season is set, some items turn to Scarecrows.. Its the Client that does this manipulation. One item in particular is the Tuscany Pine, in Desolation season (felucca) it is a scarecrow.

Either that or you have the scarecrows set up in your static files for dragonsp. Thats the only idea I have
