The first time I tryed making the map I saved it with indexed colors, right pallete and in bmp, All I had was water and an island. Dragon converted my bmp in to a mule but the world was only grass. Dragon also crash in the beggining alot of times, after creating raw map. I saved my bmp with no indexed colors and dragon made the mul file again and now the world was full of snow or someting (not walk able).

I dont know if im missing anything important. Any suggestions?

Which version of Photoshop are you using? 7.0 is what the color tables are based off of I think.
Also did you use the SP program in the Dragon folder to place all the statics like trees and rocks before you logged in?

Take a look at the post i made called "Map not compiling correctly", it may be of some help to you. I can't give you a straight answer as i dont have enough information from you. May i suggest to give it another attempt, but this time thoroughly going through the map making tutorial step by step and doing the steps as you are reading it. If all else fails, come back and list exactly what you did. Ill try and help then...
