Ok, i have 2 questions...

1) Is there a way to remove the option of travelling to Malas, Trammel or Ilshener? Im using RunUO and considering that my shard wont handel a huge amount of players, i dont see the need to have extra maps.

2) I read in one of the posts that when making a custom map, you should use the standard width for dungeon areas because the map folds around to the other side of the map. Is this true? Because if it is, is there anyway I can change where the map folds around?

#1. Not sure what you mean, thus I cannot help

#2. Not sure about other emulaters, but on sphere it is possible to alter the way it wraps around.

In the file spheretables.scp, theres a bit that looks something like this:

Code:
[MAP 0]
// This is the default map0.mul file.
SIZE=6144,4096
WRAPX=5102

The WRAPX is the width at which the map wraps around. Change that to a lower value, and you can safely increase the width of your dungeon space.

For editing which maps are used, look in the "Mapdefinitions" file in the "Misc" folder under "Scripts". Edit at your own risk.

There is specific instructions on how to edit the GUMP for the moongates, its located in the RUNUO Forums but cant remember which one :?

You could just remove the moongates all together, that would save alot of headache.
