Are there any good gump making tutorials or websites out there?

Also I am looking for a good gump program. Any suggestions?

I'm not sure if what you're looking for is editing the actual gumps in UO or making new ones on your own shard, but if it's editing the gumps use Paradise GumpEditor.

Galbuu will no longer be posting here.
Try the Submisions link on this forum, there are a # of good sites for mul tools.. I myself have never heard of Paradise gump editor.
