Ok i have read all the tuts on the subject however when i convert and patch it via UOGateway. and get on game... open a map... client crash? Anyone know what i am doing wrong lol Ronin |

Sounds like you have created a multimap.rle that is not the correct size. Make sure you are using the map area, not including the dungeon area. I have not done any cartography work in awhile, so one thing also comes to mind.. if the increased size of map0.mul from the ML expansion has also incerased the size of the multimap.rle If so, there may need to be an updated tool for creating it completly. (that is just a thought, dont know how accurate it would be) |
