 Post subject: Merge Two static files

Hi,

I dont know if this is the correct place but i think so.

My question is how can i merge two static files into one, image i have a static file modifyed earlier and know with the ML version of UO i cant to keep my designs that i already and made in the static file.

If the map is already created and in place you could generate what is called a "diff" mul. This would take what you have done so far and compare it to a blank world map and extract the difference into the diff file.

Later once you add the other information you want to the map then you can perform the same trick and create a diff file for that section then take the two diff's and merge them into the new map. I think that would work in theory... :wink:

Mulpatcher by Varan (uodev.de) has a "Merge statics" button in the features tab. I've never used that feature but you could give it a try.
